My ad didn’t generate
Wait a moment, then try once more. If you still don’t receive a usable design, avoid repeated retries and contact support.
Credits were deducted but I didn’t get a design
Email us with your account email, the approximate time of the attempt, and what you were trying to create. We can investigate the credit issue.
My Designs is full
My Designs can hold up to 50 saved designs. Delete an older design you no longer need, then create or save another.
Create From My Photo isn’t working as expected
Use a clear source photo with the subject easy to see. Pro includes Create From My Photo for real products, vehicles, properties, food, people and other subjects.
I can’t sign in or forgot my password
Use Forgot Password on the SignSparkAI sign-in screen. A secure reset link will be sent to your account email.
Billing & subscription questions
Use the billing tools in SignSparkAI for payment methods, invoices and subscription management. If your payment and SignSparkAI access don’t match, email support.
My downloaded PNG looks small on my computer
That can be normal. LED PNGs are intentionally exported at the exact native pixel dimensions of the sign you selected.
