This Privacy Policy explains how SignSparkAI collects, uses, processes, stores, and shares information in connection with the SignSparkAI website, application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
SignSparkAI is operated by SureFire Signs Inc., 1025 W Innovation Drive, Kearney, MO 64060 (“SignSparkAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use SignSparkAI, we may collect or process account information, business and Brand Kit information, creative requests and design information, uploaded images and photos, billing and subscription information, support communications, and technical/service information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
Uploaded images and photos
For features such as Create From My Photo, the original customer-supplied source photo is intended to be temporary session input. It may be processed during the active design session so that SignSparkAI can create and revise requested advertising creative. The original uploaded source photo is not intended to be stored as a permanent saved design or retained in long-term account storage.
Finished generated designs and related account metadata may be saved to your account.
Payment information
Payment-card information is processed by our payment provider. SignSparkAI does not store full payment-card numbers.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to create and manage SignSparkAI accounts; authenticate users; provide subscriptions, credits, and plan features; process creative requests; generate, edit, adapt, and save designs; process Brand Kit materials; process uploaded images during active creative sessions; synchronize customer account data and saved designs; process and verify billing and subscription events; send transactional messages such as password-reset emails; provide customer support; investigate errors, failed transactions, credit issues, abuse, or security concerns; maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service; enforce our Terms of Service; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. AI Processing
SignSparkAI uses artificial-intelligence services to create and modify advertising creative.
Prompts, design instructions, uploaded materials, generated content, and other information necessary to perform a requested creative operation may be processed by AI service providers on SignSparkAI’s behalf.
4. Cloud Hosting and Storage
SignSparkAI uses cloud infrastructure to operate the Service and maintain customer account information, saved designs, and related application data.
Saved account information and generated designs may be stored using cloud database and storage services.
We may use technical safeguards such as access controls, private storage, request-size limits, compression, and account storage limits to protect reliability and security.
5. Payment Processing
SignSparkAI uses a third-party payment processor to handle subscription payments and billing management.
The payment processor may collect and process payment-card, billing, transaction, and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy policy.
SignSparkAI receives information needed to manage the subscription, such as customer identifiers, subscription status, price/plan information, transaction events, and billing results.
6. Transactional Email
We may use a third-party email service to send transactional communications such as password-reset messages, account-related messages, or other service communications.
7. How We Share Information
We may share or make information available to service providers that process information on our behalf where reasonably necessary to operate the Service.
These providers may include companies that support cloud hosting and storage, artificial-intelligence processing, payment processing, transactional email, security, reliability, or technical operations.

8. Uploaded Photo Handling
For Create From My Photo and similar features, the original uploaded source photo is intended to remain temporary session input rather than long-term account content.
The photo may be temporarily retained in the active browser/session so related creative requests can reuse it, transmitted to the SignSparkAI service for processing, and processed in memory or through supporting services as necessary to perform the request.
The original source photo is not intended to be persisted into My Designs, long-term account snapshots, or permanent account storage.
Starting a new ad, signing out, or otherwise ending/resetting the active photo session may clear the active source photo.
Finished creative generated from the photo may be saved to your account.
9. Data Retention
We retain account information, saved designs, subscription information, and related service data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain customer accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the Service, and maintain legitimate business records.
Different categories of information may be retained for different periods.
Temporary source-photo handling is described separately above.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information and maintain the security of the Service.
No online service, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting your account password and credentials.
11. Your Choices and Requests
You may be able to review or update certain account information through SignSparkAI.
You may also contact us regarding privacy questions or requests relating to your information.
Where applicable law provides specific rights regarding personal information, we will respond to valid requests as required by that law.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may link to or interact with third-party websites or services.
This Privacy Policy does not govern independent third-party services. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
